Panning for gold.
I now realize I may have done panning from a moving car. I’m moving, not the subject. Does that count as panning? Sunrise on the way to Jackson Hole Airport on the last day. of the trip.

That’s a new twist on panning. Talk about thinking outside the box!

Technically – stretching the issue. I believe that is more like a dolly or tracking shot as used in the movie industry, where the camera is mounted or held on a moving track or dolly and filming the scene. But since this isn’t a technical photo challenge – nice interpretation of the theme – with both images.

Interesting take on the theme Diane. I have actually panned for gold in Alaska and never found anything like what you did! 😜 HA!

I can’t take it to the bank though.

I believe it works as panning. I have also panned for gold in Alaska and often wear it around my neck :0)
